The delivery date they gave me ended up being wrong, and the package showed up late. the estimate felt unnecessary if it wasn’t going to be accurate...

It’s easy enough to carry around, which is obviously the main point. But the battery pack feels kind of clunky and gets annoying after a while. It works fine, I just wish that part was a bit more streamlined.

I had a good first impression of Illumiflow. The site looks clean and modern, and I liked that it didn’t feel cluttered or overwhelming right away.

The colors and photos make it fairly easy to get what they’re about, and everything loaded smoothly for me. That said, I did feel like some parts were a little too simple, and I wouldn’t have minded a bit more detail in a few places.
Overall, it’s a good-looking website that feels clear and trustworthy. It’s easy to browse, but I think adding a little more depth could make it even better

I’ve been using it for a bit now and I do think I’m seeing a little less hair shedding, which is nice. It’s not a huge difference yet though, haha, so I’m still kind of unsure. So far it seems okay, I just wish the results were a bit more obvious.

I’ve been using the illumiflow for about 2 months now. So far, it’s been uneventful in a good way. No real side effects, at least not for me. The first week, I noticed a little warmth and some mild scalp itch, but it didn’t last long. I just make sure I stick to the timer and don’t overdo it. Feels safe enough that way. Only reason I’m taking off a star is the instructions. They could definitely be clearer.

It still turns on and does what it’s supposed to do, so I wouldn’t say it was a total waste. I just was expecting it to held up a little better for the price.

The controller is simple enough, but I wish the buttons were easier to feel without looking. It’s not bad, just not the easiest thing to use.
